This is a diamond in the rough on salt spring island. From peaceful camp grounds with water and electricity and full showers, to a beautiful beach with boats you can use. This place will accommodate all your needs. The management are super friendly and always keeping the grounds clean and tidy. Great fishing on the lake too!

If I could give you more stars, I would definitely do so! My friend and I stayed with our kids and small dog in cabin #6 (not all the cabins are dog-friendly, -look for the one with the paw on its pic) ..The fantastic location of the resort allows you to escape completely from your busy routine and enjoy the beach, spectacular views, fishing, or priceless family time. We did it all. All our requests were heard and actions happened immediately; the staff did an amazing job and customer service is 200%. We came to fish, but our cabin was so decent and well-maintained, very cute, and way better than cabins in other resorts. Every small detail was thoughtful and caring: from dog bowls and excellent frying pans to weight equipment for exercises. The cabin is so cute; the website is outdated, as they did some renovations. It allows 6, but it is very roomy: a double/single bunk bed in one bedroom, a king-size bed in the other, and a pull-out sofa in the living area. We came with some company and split the price. The great washroom has a great shower and is clean. The owners leave many nick-knacks, like first aid items, gels, board games, books, dvds, etc. We had great dishes, cutlery, a dishwasher, oven, BBQ outside, and a lounge area. The cabin is great. The resort itself is an amazing place for families, fishermen, and friends. They have boats, canoes, paddleboards, life jackets, pool tables - you name it. For families with kids, there is a huge trampoline right in front of the beach, and it's a great hit on hot summer days. The Internet is not the best, but we did have different priorities and escaped completely. We did not make pics of the rooms, we were out all the time, so much fun! We definitely will be back asap, will recommend it to friends. Of course, special and huge thanks to Mr.Curt(?) and his teammates, awesome job guys! Thank you for your effort and our unforgettable vocations from booking point till check out and Beyond! The only complaint I personally have is sitting all day long with the fishing rod,I've got red like a money's ass face, tones of cuts on hands by jumping on the line bas and killed by digging for worms maniqure.)) but it all worth it! Best of luck, Cedar Beach resort and Co! sincerely, Russian Natalya with the boys, Ukranian Marina with the girl and Mexican little Tita the jack Russel(?) .

This was my second year here and it was even better than last year, I stayed in RV/Tent part of the resort both times. This is a family friendly, quiet, peaceful place to visit, the staff and management are very friendly and helpful. The beach house and deck are the perfect place to relax and watch everyone enjoy the beautiful St. Mary lake, and with all of the available floats, canoes and paddleboards that are free for anyone to use along with the lawn games, lounge chairs and large fire pit. The only issues were some plumbing problems, which management were very transparent about and fixed as quickly as they could. They could do something about the gravel driveway as well, there are speed signs posted everywhere, unfortunately they dont stop the many speeders and everyone in the campground ends up eating a lot of dust. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay here, I will certainly continue to visit.

We went to this Resort by accident, as we were actually booked into St Mary's Resort next door, but ended up staying for at least an hour talking to the friendly people and enjoying ourselves. We did look at some cabins here and while they were fine, they were most definitely just cabins and not to my personal liking. I need something more modern, but I'm certain people that visit and stay in those cabins enjoy them immensely. As I understand it each cabin is owned and therefore maintained by different families. As such the two cabins we visited at may not have been representative of the other 7 or 8.

A wonderful and relaxing collection of lake-side cabins that can serve as a quiet retreat or a social hub for friends and family. I love Cabin #6 - spacious and well equipped with an ecclectic decor accumulated from the many happy guests who have left a book or kitchen utensil or puzzle/game behind. Dog friendly too! My old fur-babies have always enjoyed their time there as much as I have!
